The team at Shore Acres Farm has just completed construction on our new state-of-the-art equestrian facility.
We are located on a 84-acre parcel just outside of downtown Naples. The following is a short list of highlights.
Stables and Paddocks
- Three Morton barns with a total of 48 12’x12’ stalls constructed to withstand a Category 5 hurricane,
- Nelson automatic waterers,
- Rubber pavers in the aisleways,
- Big Ass Fan ventilation,
- Shoo-fly spray systems,
- Eight covered wash stations with drying fans,
- Back-up generators power the entire facility,
- Fourty-two 5000 square foot paddocks equipped with RAMM fencing and Nelson waterers.

Riding and Training
- 14,500 square foot covered riding arena with lighting and ESI footing,
- Competition-sized outdoor arena with ESI footing,
- Five-acre natural riding area,
- Each arena is outfitted with competition jumps,
- Six-horse covered MK Walker,
- Lunging ring with ESI footing,
- Private nature trail,
- Just outside of the fully fenced and secure farm, there is a semi-private trail as well.

Rider Amenities
- Air conditioned rider lounges and tack rooms with lockers,
- Restrooms and laundry facilities,
- Stocked kitchenettes,
- High speed fiber optic WIFI,
- Streaming music throughout property,
- A/V system with Apple TV for reviewing daily riding.

- 24 hour security and monitoring,
